Executive Assistant to the head of sales
  • Manage the head of sales' calendar by prioritizing appointments and ensuring effective time management, allowing for focus on strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for sales meetings, ensuring that all necessary data and reports are collected and presented in a professional format.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to drive sales objectives.
  • Conduct research on potential clients and market trends, providing actionable insights to support decision-making for sales strategies.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports to ensure clarity and professionalism in all communications.
  • Organize and oversee logistics for sales events and client meetings, ensuring a seamless experience that reflects the company’s brand.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new sales team members, providing necessary resources and support to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for the head of sales, optimizing travel schedules to maximize productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile
