About the RoleAt alist.ae, we are seeking a high-performing, results-driven Executive Assistant to support our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in accelerating revenue growth and streamlining commercial operations. Key Responsibilities- Revenue Enablement: Support commercial initiatives, track sales pipelines, and manage key client relationships.
- Business Operations: Ensure smooth execution of high-priority projects that drive financial and commercial outcomes.
- Market & Competitor Research: Deliver data-driven insights to inform executive decisions.
- Client & Partner Engagement: Coordinate with high-level stakeholders, managing communications and meetings.
- Calendar & Travel Strategy: Own and optimize scheduling to maximize time spent on high-value opportunities.
- Data & KPI Reporting: Track commercial performance metrics, assist in data consolidation and reporting.
- Events & Leadership Engagement: Organize internal and external meetings, corporate events, and industry interactions.

- Proven ability to manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
