Executive Assistant to the Chief Commercial Officer

Reports To: Chief Commercial Officer

Total Compensation: AED 6,000 10,000 per month (Base Salary + Performance Bonus)

About the Role

At alist.ae, we are seeking a high-performing, results-driven Executive Assistant to support our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in accelerating revenue growth and streamlining commercial operations. This role goes beyond traditional administrative dutiesit's a strategic position aimed at boosting efficiency, enabling business impact, and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Enablement: Support commercial initiatives, track sales pipelines, and manage key client relationships.
  • Business Operations: Ensure smooth execution of high-priority projects that drive financial and commercial outcomes.
  • Market & Competitor Research: Deliver data-driven insights to inform executive decisions.
  • Client & Partner Engagement: Coordinate with high-level stakeholders, managing communications and meetings.
  • Calendar & Travel Strategy: Own and optimize scheduling to maximize time spent on high-value opportunities.
  • Data & KPI Reporting: Track commercial performance metrics, assist in data consolidation and reporting.
  • Events & Leadership Engagement: Organize internal and external meetings, corporate events, and industry interactions.
