Overview

We are looking for an established Business Support professional with proven experience in working at CEO, VP or GM level. The company in need of this role is a huge global Healthcare organisation and the EA will support the GM of the MENA region.

The GM travels extensively and his EA will be considered a key player in the organisation and will be relied upon for her dependability, accountability and long term vision for the company. The EA will be fully aware of her principles strategic goals and objectives as she will support him in his quest to manage the MENA region\'s business.

Responsibilities
  • Extensive diary management
  • Continuous Inbox management ensuring urgent matters are dealt with sufficiently
  • Co-ordinating travel
  • Attending monthly management meetings
  • Ad hoc administrative work
Qualifications and Skills
  • Exceptional organisational, prioritisation and communication skills
  • Proven experience with managing multiple tasks at any one time
