Job description

We are seeking an experienced Business Support professional with proven experience supporting CEO, VP, or GM level executives. The role is with a large global healthcare organization, supporting the GM of the MENA region.

The GM travels extensively, and the EA will be a key player in the organization, relied upon for dependability, accountability, and strategic support. The EA will be aligned with the company's principles, strategic goals, and objectives, assisting in managing the MENA region's business.

This diverse role includes PA responsibilities such as extensive diary management, inbox management, coordinating travel, attending monthly management meetings, and handling ad hoc administrative tasks.

The role involves close collaboration with department members, fostering professional relationships. Candidates should possess exceptional organizational, prioritization, and communication skills, with proven experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously. A calm, professional demeanor and proactive work approach are essential for success.

This is a permanent position, and we are seeking to fill it as soon as possible.
