Job description

A rare opportunity in Dubai, for a highly qualified Executive Assistant who is seeking a part-time role. Working for a US Real Estate Fund Manager, with a portfolio across 15 countries globally, we are seeking a proactive EA with a solid understanding of the asset management word, with at least 8-10 years previous experience at C-Suite level in a US / global asset management / hedge fund firm. You will have the ability to manage your time and have the flexibility to work across time zones when required. Due to communication with the US, there may be some late evenings, but as stated, this is a part-time role, and hours will be discussed at interview. The successful candidate will work solely for and report to the Managing Director, the only employee based in the Middle East. This role is pivotal and critical in supporting the MD with complex diary management and travel itineraries. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to manage day-to-day administrative tasks, and the capacity to interact confidently with high-profile investors and Managing Partners in the company, based in our 23 offices globally.

• Key responsibilities will include full dairy management, logistics and travel support for the MD, managing a high-volume inbox, replying to investors and Managing Partners email. There will be full oversight and organisation of investor roadshows across the 6 countries of the GCC and into Europe, for the MDs, as well as the CEO and Chairman when they attend. • Strong IT skills are essential in MS Office Suite, especially Word and PPT as well as experience in Salesforce to enter investor opportunities and Concur for expense management. There will also be an element of liaison with the DIFC and DFSA authorities. Exceptional verbal and written skills in English are required and fluency in French would be considered advantageous. This is a super opportunity to work with a highly respected individual in their field under the umbrella of a highly stable international entity. Please note, only individuals who have the exact experience within asset management / hedge fund entities will be considered for this position.
