A leading company is seeking a world-class Executive Assistant to support a dynamic founder. This role is critical for managing both business and personal tasks, involving scheduling, inbox management, and operational support in a hybrid work setup. Ideal candidates will have a Type A personality, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to maintain grace under pressure while ensuring a smooth operational flow.
We’re looking for a world-class Executive Assistant to support a fast-paced founder and operator working across multiple high-impact ventures in the UAE and globally. Your role is to bring order, calm, and elite-level execution to a busy founder’s life — across business and personal domains.
This is not a generic EA role. You’ll be part gatekeeper, part time architect, part communicator, and part life operator. You’ll proactively manage calendars, inboxes, priorities, and logistics with precision and empathy — while protecting your exec’s time like a hawk.

Calendar & Scheduling
• Plan, optimize, and manage the founder’s calendar with daily precision
• Schedule meetings with internal team members, clients, and partners
• Prioritize what truly matters and protect the founder’s time
Inbox & Communications
• Fully manage and triage the founder’s inbox: respond, filter, follow up
• Handle WhatsApp and Slack messages, flag urgent issues, and draft replies
• Weekly time dedicated to managing linkedin Inbox
• Represent the founder in external communications when needed
Meeting Prep & Logistics
• Prepare agendas and materials ahead of meetings
• Handle follow-ups and task tracking post-meeting
• Coordinate travel and manage logistics across multiple time zones
Personal & Family Support
• Schedule health, wellness, and family-related appointments
• Plan date nights, kids’ activities, and family outings
• Handle household admin such as bills, renewals, and gift logistics
Operational & Research Support
• Conduct online research on tools, vendors, and services
• Help streamline priorities and organize workflow in support of the founder’s goals

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience supporting a founder, CEO, or senior executive
• Hands-on experience managing service inboxes and external communications
• Mastery of Google Workspace, Slack, WhatsApp, and scheduling tools
• Familiarity with ClickUp, Notion, or task/project management systems
• Fluent written and spoken English

Work Structure:
• Hybrid: 2 days in-person in Al Barsha, 3 days remote
• Flexible hours, based on the founder’s schedule and responsiveness needs
• Occasional travel: 1–2 trips per year (fully covered)
