Job description

Executive Assistant to Chief Financial Officer

A professional services company based in Dubai is currently looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  1. Day to day office operations, exercising the utmost discretion at all times.
  2. Arrange and schedule meetings, prepare agendas and relevant documents.
  3. Manage relationships with internal and external parties such as government entities, clients, service providers etc, providing information and handling issues independently.
  4. Extensive Outlook diary, email & contacts management.
  5. Full logistical support for travel including and not limited to flights, hotels and visa processing.
  6. Process expense claims relating to travel and other corporate expenses.
  7. Manage executive filing and data management systems ensuring timely and accurate document control.
  8. Respond to routine correspondence and maintain organized filing and follow-up systems for all correspondence.
  9. Respond and greet visitors in a welcoming and efficient manner.
  10. Manage telephone calls.
  11. Undertake research when required.
  12. Assist in personal issues and maintain complete confidentiality.
  13. Transcribe dictation and typing of documents using Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint.
  14. Oversee messenger/courier activities.
  15. Additional duties / assignments as directed.

Salary: c22K AED

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a PA/EA role.
  2. Ability to support a team.
  3. Experience of working within professional services.
  4. Middle East work experience preferable.
