Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks in a fast-paced and confidential environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage the CEO’s daily calendar, including scheduling appointments and coordinating internal and external meetings across various time zones.
  • Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for meetings, events, and business trips.
  • Follow up with different departments to track the progress of ongoing projects and ensure timely completion.

Communication Management

  • Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and meeting requests.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and senior executives, partners, and external stakeholders.

Confidential Project Coordination

  • Handle sensitive information and projects with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Assist in research, documentation, and the execution of special projects, including business, philanthropic, or media-related initiatives.

Administrative Operations

  • Maintain organized records, files, and contact databases.
  • Coordinate administrative processes and collaborate with other departments and external agencies as needed.

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and modern communication and collaboration tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
