A leading company is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO. The role involves calendar management, communication facilitation, and project management responsibilities. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, and proficiency in Arabic and English.
Calendar Management: Proactively manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries with precision.
Communication Facilitation: Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, teams, and stakeholders, ensuring timely and clear communication.
Meeting Preparation: Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up documents for meetings and engagements involving the CEO.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding corporate matters.
Project Management: Support the CEO in various projects, tracking progress, milestones, and deadlines to ensure successful delivery.
Event Coordination: Organize internal and external events attended by the CEO, ensuring smooth execution and logistics.
Requirements :
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior management, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic (written and spoken) is required, along with strong English communication skills.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom). Experience with project management software is a plus.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities efficiently.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and exceptional accuracy in documentation and scheduling.
Discretion and Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address challenges efficiently and propose effective solutions.
