Qualifications
- 3–7 years of EA/PA experience in UAE supporting CEOs/MDs.
- Excellent English communication skills; Hindi proficiency is a plus.
- Strong skills in MS Office and Google Workspace.

- Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements (business + personal).
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting briefs for investors, partners, and suppliers.
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Track and follow up on company projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Conduct research on suppliers, markets, and competitors as directed.
- Act as liaison with internal teams (Sales, Procurement, Finance, HR, Operations).
- Organize confidential documents, contracts, and business files.
- Provide flexible support to the CEO to ensure maximum productivity.
Qualifications / Skills
- 3–7 years of prior EA/PA/Business Coordinator experience in UAE (supporting CEOs/MDs).
- Excellent English (written + spoken); Hindi proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong skills in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project tools (Asana, Notion, Trello).
- High attention to detail, organizational ability, and multitasking capacity.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information.
- Proactive personality with the ability to anticipate needs and act independently.
