As the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Kaizen, you will play a critical role in managing the CEO's calendar, facilitating communication across various departments, and ensuring operational efficiency. This position demands a proactive and organized individual who can handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Calendar Management: Proactively manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries with precision.
  2. Communication Facilitation: Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, teams, and stakeholders, ensuring timely and clear communication.
  3. Meeting Preparation: Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up documents for meetings and engagements involving the CEO.
  4. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding corporate matters.
  5. Project Management: Support the CEO in various projects, tracking progress, milestones, and deadlines to ensure successful delivery.
  6. Event Coordination: Organize internal and external events attended by the CEO, ensuring smooth execution and logistics.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior management, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic (written and spoken) is required, along with strong English communication skills.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom). Experience with project management software is a plus.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and exceptional accuracy in documentation and scheduling.

Discretion and Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address challenges efficiently and propose effective solutions.
