Executive Assistant / Team Assistant

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 10-12,000 + Benefits

We are seeking an Arabic and English speaking Executive Assistant / Team Assistant for our client, a multinational company. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Department and support the team. Responsibilities include:

  1. Handling and following up on document flow within the team.
  2. Preparing agendas, organizing meetings, and arranging travel.
  3. Coordinating and implementing management decisions and action points by liaising with department heads.
  4. Managing all internal and external correspondence, ensuring prompt responses, confidentiality, and proper filing of important documents.
  5. Acting as the main liaison between the Head Office and department heads and staff.
  6. Preparing presentations as needed.
  7. Supervising and guiding junior administrators according to company policies and workflow guidelines.
  8. Organizing team meetings and committees, including agenda distribution.
  9. Attending, issuing, and maintaining minutes of meetings, and circulating them to concerned members.
  10. Participating in the team’s annual meetings.
