A global consulting firm in Dubai is seeking a Senior Associate to provide comprehensive administrative support. In this role, you will manage diaries, handle client communications, and contribute to team efforts. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and over 3 years of administrative experience, preferably within a professional services environment. Proficiency in English is essential, and Arabic is a plus.
A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. You’ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receive and direct incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arrange business travel, track expenses, and coordinate meeting arrangements. To provide secretarial support to 3 - 5 allocated partners, directors / critical role, on full time basis and adhoc coverage as assigned by the Office Manager or EA Manager.
As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Education — Bachelor’s degree
Language — Proficiency in spoken and written English, Arabic is an advantage
Overall Experience — 3+ years’ experience in an administrative role
Specific Experience — Experience with a professional services firm preferred
