Job description

Our client is looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant (Product & Strategy) to be based in Dubai, UAE.

About the Role:

This role combines hands on product ownership and strategic vision/execution, ideal for someone who thrives in building, scaling, and optimizing with a strong focus on outcomes. You’ll work closely with leadership, product teams, engineering, research leads and external stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, optimize the product roadmap, and translate strategic goals into executable plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to drive end-to-end product development
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify user pain points, regulatory considerations, and technology constraints.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and collaborate with design and engineering to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Own product KPIs—track, analyse, and optimize key metrics for performance, adoption, and user experience.
  • Define product success metrics and use data to inform decisions and prioritization
  • Work alongside product managers to ensure alignment between roadmap goals and strategic objectives.
  • Track feature delivery, product performance metrics, and customer feedback loops.
  • Act as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Represent the CFO in leadership meetings when unavailable, ensuring seamless communication and execution of priorities.

Education and skills required:

  • Bachelors in engineering; MBA is a plus but not mandatory
  • More than 6 years of experience in product management/strategy, fintech strategy, consulting, business operations, or similar roles.
  • Understanding of the ecosystem—payments, lending, APIs, digital banking, KYC/AML, and financial regulations
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias toward structured thinking; solution driven / provide product solutions
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
  • Prior experience in a high-growth fintech or start up environment is highly valued.
  • Open to travel to West Africa, Guinea
