Excellent opportunity for an Executive Assistant with at least 4 years experience seeking a hybrid role with a leading multinational firm.

Our client, a leading multinational management consultancy with offices in DIFC, are seeking an experienced EA to join their team, the company offer a fantastic working environment and lots of benefits.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience working as an EA within a fast-paced environment supporting multiple partners. You will have excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills, thriving in a busy and rewarding environment. Ideally having experience working for a leading multinational business and stable career history.

The position will involve managing busy Outlook calendars, liaising with clients, coordinating travel, calls, and meetings.

The position is hybrid, so you will work 3 days a week from the office and 2 days a week from home.
