About the Role:
A government-supported PR agency is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support its senior leadership team and lead day-to-day administrative operations. This role combines executive support, office management, and administrative leadership — with direct exposure to high-level strategic work and international engagements.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in fast-paced PR or government-related environments, and be highly skilled in managing tenders, business portals, and preparing impactful presentations. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a high-trust, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide top-tier executive support to the CEO and senior directors
• Oversee and coordinate daily office operations and team logistics
• Lead on tender submissions and coordinate new business proposal processes
• Manage document workflows through government/client portals
• Prepare and design PowerPoint decks for proposals, briefings, and meetings
• Attend internal and client meetings, take detailed minutes, and manage follow-ups
• Organize complex travel and protocol arrangements (regionally and internationally)
• Assist in planning internal and external communications events
• Uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive information discreetly
• Support recruitment coordination and onboarding admin where needed
Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 3–4 years in a similar role, ideally in a PR agency or government communications setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic or another language is a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Familiarity with UAE government and business portals is strongly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Holds a valid US visa or open to travel internationally
