About The Role

Executive Assistant Manager will actively contribute to the successful achievement of the organizational goals and link corporate policies and strategy with Food and Beverage Division operations across the resort. While reporting directly to the General Manager, the person in this role ensures that all F&B outlets maximize their potential and are individually profitable, whilst enhancing the resort's brand image.

Key duties and responsibilities:
  1. Engaging with ownership and the core leadership teams on key F&B development projects and providing expert contributions
  2. Acting as liaison between brand partners, design/development teams, and the General Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget, troubleshooting escalated issues on the pre-opening critical path
  3. Monitoring industry trends and guest feedback to drive innovations in F&B products relevant to the region or company
  4. Developing and executing F&B strategy in partnership with Hotel Operations
  5. Providing strategic advice and actions to assist underperforming F&B operations identified as opportunities, monitoring results, and making recommendations for improvement
  6. Defining role expectations and candidate specifications to enable the hotel to recruit the best-fit candidates for key F&B management roles
About You

We are looking for candidates with 10+ years of progressive experience in high-end Food and Beverage operations. To succeed, you need to demonstrate complex project management skills within a multi-unit environment and effectively influence key stakeholders, both inside and outside the organization. Applying a systematic approach to new concepts development and implementation, along with strong stakeholder management skills, are crucial competencies for this role.
