Executive Assistant – Group CEO's Office

Overview:

An exciting opportunity to support the Group CEO’s Office by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing high-level administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the Group CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle internal and external communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and official documents.
  • Maintain organized and confidential filing systems and records.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including agenda preparation and follow-ups.
  • Compile data and assist in special projects and initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support to the CEO Office team.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
