EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – Strategic Projects
Single Family Office | Dubai
A single family office is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with approximately 5 to 8+ years’ experience, combined with strong project management capability, to support senior leadership in a broad and evolving role.
This is not a traditional EA position. Alongside high-level executive support, the successful candidate will coordinate strategic projects, manage key priorities and act as a central point of contact across internal teams, advisers, investors and portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level support to senior leadership, including diary, meetings, travel and priorities.
- Coordinate strategic projects, timelines, deliverables and stakeholder actions.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports and briefing documents.
- Attend selected meetings, capture decisions and ensure follow-up.
- Support investment, portfolio-company and business development initiatives.
- Liaise with advisers, investors, service providers and senior stakeholders.
- Improve internal processes, reporting and organisational efficiency.
- Take ownership of ad hoc projects and increasingly broader business responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics OR a related discipline. A recognised project management qualification such as PMP or PRINCE2 would be advantageous. Equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
Experience
- Approximately 5 to 8+ years’ senior EA or Executive Business Partner experience.
- Experience supporting senior executives, Partners, Founders or C-suite leadership.
- Investment management, private equity, financial services or professional services experience preferred.
- Highly organised, commercially aware, discreet and proactive.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- The role is designed to expand beyond traditional executive support. As the individual develops a deeper understanding of the firm and demonstrates strong commercial judgement, they will take on increasing responsibility for strategic initiatives, business coordination and execution, with the potential to develop into a Chief of Staff role over the longer term.
