Description

We are looking for a talented EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT & ADMIN SUPPORT to join our team specializing in GENERAL MANAGEMENT for our CORPORATE/CBS SEGMENT in DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.

In this role, the candidate will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Provides administrative assistance to business leader, preparing statistical reports and addressing routine information requests
  • Assists with associate functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings
  • Prepares documentation for payment of vendors, suppliers and other third parties as applicable; submits documentation and enters request for payments into accounting system; responds to inquiries from accounts payable and payees
  • Participates as a team member on departmental related business improvement assignments and projects as needed
  • Answers or redirects, routine inquiries from external or internal sources about the organization/department, its activities, or processes so callers/visitors are answered promptly and accurately
  • Performs other routine administrative activities as needed per the established procedures of the organization and/or department

Qualifications

To be successful in this role the candidate will need the following:

  • Have at least five years executive level experience in corroborating senior leader in a multinational organization
  • Be highly organized, have strong verbal and written skills, expert skills in MS office
  • Hold diploma in business management or equivalent
  • Possess previous experience in office administration
