Key Responsibilities for the EA:

  • Managing complex executive diaries
  • Arranging global travel
  • Organising meetings with agenda preparation and minute-taking
  • Preparing reports and presentations
  • Handling confidential documents
  • Managing expenses
  • Providing ad hoc office support

Requirements for the EA:

  • A minimum of 5 years solid and continuous experience as a professional Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant.
  • Able to demonstrate previously providing outstanding high-level support.
  • You will combine excellent written and oral English with attention to detail, initiative and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office software
  • You must be happy to relocate on your own (unable to offer relocation to partners, children or pets)
