Description

  1. Provide high-touch executive support, ensuring the executive's time and focus are optimally managed.
  2. Manage complex calendars, coordinating meetings, internal and external engagements, and cross-time zone scheduling.
  3. Oversee detailed travel arrangements, including international flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
  4. Screen and manage communications, handle incoming calls, and maintain accurate contact lists.
  5. Prepare and submit timely and accurate expense reports.
  6. Support the execution of events, investor meetings, conferences, and team engagements.
  7. Proactively anticipate needs and manage last-minute changes with professionalism and adaptability.

Minimum Requirements

  1. 8-10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within investment, financial services, or professional services.
  2. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  3. Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
  4. Impeccable communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. High level of discretion, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
