Reporting to: Founder / Managing Director

Role Summary:

We are seeking a sharp, high-integrity Executive Assistant with strong organizational skills who can support the founder in day-to-day operations and take charge of recruiting, managing, and coordinating a regional sales team for our fashion and textile business.

This is not a traditional assistant role. It combines executive coordination with sales team leadership, making it ideal for someone with experience in the fashion, textiles, or garment export industry who enjoys operational ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support

  • Track priorities, prepare briefing notes, and follow up on action items
  • Handle confidential and high-stakes matters with discretion
  • Develop job descriptions and source candidates for regional B2B sales roles (UAE & GCC)
  • Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and training for sales team members
  • Set up CRM or lead tracking processes (Google Sheets, Notion, or HubSpot)
  • Support founder in sales meetings and prepare reports on team performance

Operational & Coordination Support

  • Liaise with fabric suppliers, production units, and buyers as needed
  • Ensure seamless sample dispatches and trade show logistics
  • Prepare sales lookbooks, product sheets, and pitch materials in coordination with design team

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of EA, sales coordination, or team management experience (preferably in textiles/garments)
  • Strong recruitment experience ideally in sales or fashion roles
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong skills in Google Workspace, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and capable of juggling multiple tasks
