Job description

Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Founder & CEO. The role involves managing schedules, communication, coordination and handling confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar & Schedule Management: Organize and manage the CEO’s calendar, including meetings, appointments, travel plans and events.

Communication Management: Screen and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO. Ensure all communication and records are maintained in a confidential manner.

Meeting Coordination: Schedule, prepare agendas, record minutes and follow up on action items for internal and external meetings.

Travel & Logistics: Handle end-to-end travel arrangements (domestic & international) including visas, flights, accommodation and itineraries.

Documentation & Reporting: Prepare presentations, reports and other documentation as required by the CEO.

Confidential Support: Manage confidential information with integrity and discretion. Filling and organizing sensitive documents. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, ensuring timely as well as accurate communication.

Project Support: Assist in coordinating and tracking ongoing strategic initiatives and business projects.

Office Coordination: Work closely with HR, Accounts and Operations to support cross-function needs and office management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience as Executive Assistant.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office, excel and outlook.

Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.

Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
