Job Purpose

Administer general administrative support plans and processes to meet complex information requests, analyze trends, ensure smooth business operations, and fulfill administrative needs aligned with business requirements, stakeholder expectations, and company policies.

Key Tasks
  1. Administer administrative support for a department or group of professionals.
  2. Conduct analysis and support projects and initiatives across departments or divisions.
  3. Assist in preparing for meetings with staff, committees, boards, and departments.
  4. Coordinate meetings for the Group board of management, supervisory board, and other committees.
  5. Facilitate cooperation across various levels of the organization.
  6. Gather data and trends to develop complex decision papers and presentations.
  7. Analyze information and provide initial recommendations for key decisions.
  8. Contribute to the development of process and quality standards within relevant departments.
  9. Identify best practices and suggest improvements to administrative processes and systems.
  10. Interpret meetings or documents and oversee translation services as needed.
Stakeholders
  1. Explain relevant policies, facts, and practices.
  2. Collaborate primarily with colleagues within the same sub-function.
  3. Build relationships and expand organizational, product, and market knowledge.
Qualifications & Key Requirements
