Job description

Role Overview : The Executive Assistant plays a key role at Schneider Electric. Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide executive assistant support to the relevant stakeholders and other Senior leaders as required.
  • Manage the timetable of manager.
  • Manage admin tasks in the IT systems by delegation when relevant.
  • Organize & attend if needed internal / external meetings, open lines and events.
  • Assist in the preparation of material - presentations, letters, meeting minutes.
  • Establish and maintains credible and effective working relationships with key stakeholders including internal and external contacts, executives, and management team members.
  • Management of executive calendar, travel requirements, expense management, and preparing reports as needed.
  • Receiving, recording and distributing documents, mail and courier items.
  • Other duties as assigned (administrative support). Desired Competencies for Success :
