About the role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Founder in both his professional and personal endeavors. The ideal candidate will be someone with exceptional time management skills, the ability to anticipate needs, and a strong sense of discretion. Flexibility and common sense are crucial in this role, as the position requires a high degree of availability, including during evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the founder's daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and oversee personal and professional tasks, ensuring all responsibilities are handled efficiently.
  • Act as a liaison between the Founder and his team, clients, and external partners.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address any issues or challenges that may arise.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, both personal and professional.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including running errands and handling ad-hoc requests.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or in a similar role, ideally supporting a high-profile individual.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of common sense and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Flexibility with time, including the ability to work outside regular business hours.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are a must.
  • A valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.
