ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re hiring a Dubai-based Executive Assistant, preferably Italian or fluent in Italian, to be a strategic partner in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This isn’t just about organization—you’ll anticipate needs, manage priorities, and drive execution across the business.

This role is for the top 1%—detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to thrive under pressure.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant (EA) or Personal Assistant (PA).
  • 24/7 availability (does not mean working 24/7) and willingness to align with the CEO’s schedule as needed.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software, tools, and systems.
  • Self-motivated and independent, able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure the CEO’s day runs smoothly.
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and provide proactive support in business and personal tasks.
  • Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Take full ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring accountability for results.
  • Optimize the CEO’s time by handling both professional and personal responsibilities.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate.
  • Ensure seamless communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and respond quickly to urgent matters.
