Job Description Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive/Personal Assistant to support a C-Level Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, facilitating communication across teams, and optimizing internal processes to support the company's strategic goals. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. What You'll Do?
Provide comprehensive administrative support to a C-suite Executive, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Serve as a key liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Refine and maintain internal processes and improve operational efficiency.
Plan, coordinate, and execute company projects, ensuring alignment with executive priorities and business objectives.
Organize travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and process expense reports.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist in managing special projects and initiatives to drive company success.
Provide personal support to their C-suite Executive including coordinating personal appointments and managing household-related tasks as needed.
What Are We Looking For?
4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant, or in a similar role - familiar with supporting Senior Executives / C-suite level management.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a high-growth or fast-paced company.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
