Position Name: Executive Assistant

Location: DUBAI, UAE

Position Summary:

The Executive Assistant is an integral member of the Senior Management Team, who proactively provides administrative and organizational support to the Corporate leader and his subordinates. The Executive Assistant seamlessly collates, monitors, analyses and disseminates information to the team(s), leads departmental initiatives and works collaboratively by supporting various projects and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the Corporate Leader's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences and travel.
  • Conserves the Corporate Leader's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating communications.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
  • Preparing and managing departmental budgets
  • Compiling, distributing and filing the management reports and presentations.
  • Assisting with collating and distributing other reports as and when required.
  • Welcoming guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries

b. Routine administrative tasks and maintenance of hardcopy and electronic records
