The position requires to play crucial role in supporting the Managing Director by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication across departments. Responsibilities
  1. Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
  2. Prepare and organize documents for meetings, including agendas and minutes.
  3. Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  4. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  5. Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  6. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for executive meetings.
  7. Monitor and respond to emails and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  8. Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records.
  9. Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive.
  10. Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.
