From high-level board interactions and confidential communications to managing complex calendars, executive travel, and cross-functional projects, you’ll make sure everything runs with precision and professionalism.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have the ability to anticipate needs before they arise, and enjoy working closely with senior leadership, this could be your next big step.

What you’ll be doing
  • Serving as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Managing complex executive calendars, high-stakes meetings, and ensuring priorities are met.
  • Leading the logistics of board meetings, leadership forums, and executive offsites, from agendas to presentations.
  • Producing high-quality communications, reports, and confidential correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Coordinating travel in detail, including visas, itineraries, and post-travel documentation.
  • Driving follow-ups and ensuring execution of CEO-level decisions, OKRs, KPIs, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Representing the CEO’s office with discretion, professionalism, and influence at the highest levels.

  • Experience: 7+ years of total experience, with at least 3 years supporting C-level executives.
  • Skills:
  • Mastery in executive calendar, meeting, and travel management.
  • Strong communication and writing skills for board-level materials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Stakeholder management with internal leaders, board members, and external partners.
  • Ability to anticipate, prioritize, and deliver under pressure while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
