Your Professional Opportunity
For our Abu Dhabi office, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with the General Manager (GM).
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the GM in daily activities and will act as a central point of contact across all company business units—Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, Administration—coordinating with our offices in Italy, UAE, and KSA.
This role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a high level of professionalism and discretion.
