The Opportunity
The Executive Assistant (EA) will play a critical role in enabling our senior leadership to focus on strategic priorities by delivering exceptional administrative, organizational, and operational support. This position demands a proactive, highly organized professional who can manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and act as a trusted partner to executives. You will ensure seamless operations, efficient communication, and alignment with Core42’s values of
business excellence, operational excellence, building capability, customer centricity, and value sharing.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Leadership Support: Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure schedules align with strategic priorities. Prepare agendas, circulate materials, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Communication & Liaison: Serve as the primary contact between executives and stakeholders, ensuring timely, clear, and professional communication. Prioritize and escalate urgent matters when required.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee travel arrangements, expense reporting, and meeting logistics. Identify opportunities to optimize processes and implement productivity tools.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Partner with other EAs to share best practices, create process consistency, and support professional development initiatives.
- Cultural Advocacy: Organize team-building and cultural programs that reinforce Core42’s values of grit, passion, and impact.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in productivity tools, scheduling platforms, and document management systems.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Experience working in technology, cloud, AI, or other high-growth industries.
