About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and trustworthy Executive & Administrative Assistant to support our Managing Director. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who excels at multitasking maintains strict confidentiality and is experienced in both administrative and HR functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daytoday operations and providing personal and professional support to the MD.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide highlevel administrative support to the Managing Director including calendar management travel arrangements and meeting coordination.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with all sensitive information and personal matters.
  • Manage internal and external communication on behalf of the MD.
    Handle HRrelated tasks such as employee records onboarding coordination with payroll and benefits providers and other administrative HR functions.
  • Coordinate office operations supplies and vendors as needed.
  • Prepare reports presentations and other documents as requested.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar executive assistant or administrative role.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools.
Ability to work independently anticipate needs and take initiative.
