Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership within the Sports division of Modon Communities. This role will play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and efficient coordination across the department and with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle correspondence, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely responses.
- Communication & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact, facilitating effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Document Preparation: Draft and review contracts, presentations, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. Support with FM & FM procurement documentation, procurement requests, attendance management, and departmental trackers.
- Project Management: Assist in coordinating departmental projects, monitor progress, prepare documentation, and provide updates to ensure timely delivery.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, compile industry data, and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Event Coordination: Organize conferences, meetings, and client engagements, handling logistics and materials for successful execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in administrative/executive support roles.
- Strong background supporting senior leadership or executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Slack).
- Experience in calendar management, travel coordination, and preparing professional reports/presentations.
