Job Responsibilities

• Filing all types of returns like sales returns, corporate tax returns, and employment returns with local government authorities.
• Computation of landing cost and bringing it into the system (GRN entry).
• Checking contracts with suppliers and customers.
• Checking financial documents and substantiating financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Responsible for cash operations like cash collection, cash payment, bank payments, and cash sales.
• Documenting financial transactions by entering account information.
• Preparation of supporting documents for company expenses (Marketing and entertainment expenses).
• Uploading the warehouse balances and electronic invoices in the government server.
• Supporting HR-related tasks like leave management, contracts, and salary accounting.

Job Requirement

Good knowledge in Finance & Accounts.
