Job Title: Execution & Operations Manager

Reports To Executive Director – SME Growth & Execution Engagement

Type Full-time, Contract basis

Location Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Contract Duration 12 Months – Renewable upon mutual agreement

Role Purpose

The Execution & Operations Manager is responsible for driving the day-to-day implementation of Dubai SME initiatives. This role ensures that project plans are executed on schedule, aligned to strategic goals, and supported by efficient operational systems. Acting as the anchor between strategy and delivery, the role oversees workstream coordination, timeline control, and execution health across all key programs and platforms.

Qualification Criteria Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field (required)

• Professional certifications preferred: PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent

Experience:

• 6–10 years in operations, program delivery, or project management (public or private sector)

• Proven experience managing multiple projects with cross-functional stakeholders

• Track record in implementing SOPs, reporting frameworks, and issue-resolution systems Technical Skills and

Competencies:

• Operational planning, timeline management, dashboard creation, and reporting

• Understanding of public procurement, budgeting workflows, and compliance protocols

• Execution ownership, proactive problem-solving, attention to detail

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities across departments and partners

• Resilience under pressure and ability to drive clarity in complex delivery environment
