Job summary

Capstone Contracting is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator for project sites across the UAE. The role requires solid excavator skills, the ability to read site instructions, and a strong commitment to health and safety.

Indian nationality is preferred. 3–5 years of on-site excavation experience and a UAE license or the ability to pass a practical test are required. Salary AED 3,500 monthly with free company housing and transport.

Job Vacancy: Excavator Operator (Indian Nationality)

Capstone Contracting, one of the UAE's leading contracting companies, is looking for an experienced excavator operator to join our project sites across the UAE.

Requirements:

• Indian nationality
• Minimum [3–5] years of proven experience operating excavators on construction or infrastructure projects
• Valid UAE heavy equipment/excavator driving license (preferred), or ability to pass a practical test
• Skilled in operating and handling heavy equipment (excavation, trenching, loading, leveling)
• Able to read site instructions and work to levels and markings
• Knowledge of routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Commitment to health and safety (HSE) rules at all times
• Professional, disciplined, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Willing to work at different project sites

Who can apply:

• Candidates with a valid, transferable UAE residence visa
