Job summary

Capstone Contracting in the UAE seeks an experienced Excavator Operator (nationality open to Indian or Filipino) to join project sites across the UAE. The role requires 3–5 years of excavator experience and a relevant UAE license or test pass, with a focus on safety and precision.

The successful candidate will operate heavy equipment, read site instructions, and work across multiple sites under tight deadlines. We offer visa support, medical insurance, and accommodation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience operating excavators on construction or infrastructure projects.
• Valid UAE heavy equipment license is preferred, or ability to pass a practical test.
• Able to operate and handle heavy equipment (excavation, trenching, loading, leveling).

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators on construction sites across UAE.
• Read and follow site instructions and work to specified levels and markings.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of equipment.
