Job summary

Capstone Contracting in the UAE seeks an experienced Excavator Operator (nationality open to Indian or Filipino) to join project sites across the UAE. The role requires 3–5 years of excavator experience and a relevant UAE license or test pass, with a focus on safety and precision.

The successful candidate will operate heavy equipment, read site instructions, and work across multiple sites under tight deadlines. We offer visa support, medical insurance, and accommodation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience operating excavators on construction or infrastructure projects.
• Valid UAE heavy equipment license is preferred, or ability to pass a practical test.

Requirements:

• Indian OR Filipino nationality
• Minimum [3-5] years of proven experience operating excavators on construction or infrastructure projects
• Valid UAE heavy equipment/excavator driving license (preferred), or ability to pass a practical test
• Skilled in operating and handling heavy equipment (excavation, trenching, loading, leveling)
• Able to read site instructions and work to levels and markings
• Knowledge of routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Commitment to health and safety (HSE) rules at all times
• Professional, disciplined, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Willing to work at different project sites
