Develop programmes & events through design and development as well as process management and delivery of all programmes & events aiming to achieve objectives and deliver distinctive experience. Lead the development of programmes & events content in line with established calendar, timeline, and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aim for ‘best in class’ destination thematic activity with maximum reach and relevance to core targets and participating assets.
- Manage the creativity and content at the heart of the experience.
- Coordinate with key delivery parties, including Marketing & Communication, Promotions, Culture, asset owners, external agencies, and industry stakeholders.
- Develop relationships with external agencies to support campaign delivery and activation outcomes.
- Create measurement and success criteria for ongoing impact and ROI reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve relations with relevant stakeholders.
- Execute all campaign-related marketing materials and collateral to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and tone of voice.
- Ensure brand identity is maintained across campaigns and all communication channels.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and relationships for the Campaigns department to foster effective and positive partnerships.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Culture, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in Programmes & Events or similar roles within the industry.
- Full professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Arabic language skills are desirable but not mandatory.
