Overview

Responsible for supervising golf service operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining high service standards in a premium hospitality environment.

Lead daily service operations, enhance team skills through training, and manage customer service while ensuring operational efficiency and process improvement.

Leading guest services, room service, event coordination, restaurant operations, and facility-related service delivery in a luxury hospitality setting.

Also features roles across facilities management, HVAC/MEP services, and a variety of supervisory positions within hospitality, maintenance, and service operations.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate guest services, ensuring exceptional service delivery, guest satisfaction, and high operational standards.
  • Lead daily service operations and train staff to improve skills and efficiency.
  • Supervise room service, manage inventory, and ensure effective communication with guests and teams.
  • Coordinate events, supervise teams, and manage guest logistics in a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Oversee restaurant operations, ensure service quality and safety standards, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in maintenance, HVAC/MEP installations, and field service operations.
  • Monitor service contracts, manage providers, and enhance customer satisfaction in facility management contexts.
  • Provide mechanical maintenance and engineering support, including preventive maintenance and supervising field teams.
  • Assist in training, motivation, and safety adherence across teams, with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills in hospitality, dining, and events settings.
  • Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and cost management within food and beverage services as applicable.
Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and customer-oriented communication skills.
  • Experience in hospitality operations, guest services, food and beverage, and event coordination.
  • High school diploma (where required by role).
  • UAE driving license and English proficiency for roles involving technical services and customer interaction.
  • Ability to supervise multiple teams and manage schedules, training, and safety standards.
