Job Description

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including venue selection, vendor management, catering, and logistics.
  • Help with event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Create and manage event-related documents such as schedules, guest lists, and promotional materials.
  • Track event budgets and provide post-event reports and evaluations.
  • Assist the sales team with lead generation, client outreach, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare sales materials, proposals, and presentations.
  • Coordinate sales meetings and assist in the preparation of reports and performance metrics.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and act as a point of contact when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales/Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
