Job summary

Odoo MENA in Dubai is seeking an Events Officer to spearhead Odoo Roadshows and Third-Party events across the MENA & CA region. You will manage end-to-end event execution, from venue selection to speaker fit, ensuring alignment with product messaging and customer success.

Collaborate with multiple departments to create compelling content, source venues, negotiate contracts, and lead marketing campaigns to drive attendance and engagement.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic/Russian/Turkish proficiency.
• Passion for software products.
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
• Highly creative and autonomous.
• Proficient in Google Suite.

Odoo MENA is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Event Officer to spearhead the organization of Odoo Roadshows and Third-Party events in the MENA & CA region. As the Event Officer, you will play a pivotal role in every aspect of event execution, from selecting venues and crafting campaigns to assessing speaker suitability and evaluating event success. This position demands a blend of creativity and meticulousness, requiring you to think innovatively while ensuring every detail is planned. Key to your success will be your exceptional organizational and negotiation skills, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of our innovative software and dedication to customer success.
