Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented and organized Freelance Events Manager to join us on a project basis. The scope will primarily focus on mall events from large-scale family activations and seasonal campaigns to community engagement programs and retailer-driven experiences.

You will be responsible for end-to-end ideation, planning, and execution, making sure every event delivers impact and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead creative ideation and concept development for mall events
2. Plan and execute event logistics: permits, venues, vendors, staffing
3. Liaise with mall management and client stakeholders
4. Manage budgets, timelines, and post-event reporting
5. Be present on-site to ensure smooth event flow and coordination
6. Work closely with internal marketing teams to align brand objectives

1. Proven experience with mall events and activations in the UAE
2. Strong organizational and project management skills
3. Ability to work independently and juggle multiple timelines
4. Willingness to travel across UAE as needed
5. Arabic language is a plus, but not essential
6. Must be UAE-based and legally eligible to work as a freelancer
7. Must have a valid UAE driving license & his/her own car
