Events Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Events Manager to join our vibrant team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a wide spectrum of events in the entertainment and hospitality sectors. Responsibilities:

1. Plan and oversee all aspects of events, including logistics, budgeting, and coordination with vendors and suppliers.
2. Develop creative event concepts and themes that align with company objectives and audience engagement.
3. Manage marketing and promotion strategies to boost sales.
4. Establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful collaboration.
5. Evaluate the success of events through feedback and metrics, and implement improvements for future projects.
6. Supervise event staff, providing training and guidance as needed to ensure high-quality service.
7. Ensure compliance with regulations prior to and during events.
8. Handle on-site management of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and addressing any issues that arise in real-time.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
2. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event management or a related role in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
5. Proficiency in event management software and tools; familiarity with social media and digital marketing strategies.
6. Creative thinker with a keen attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
7. Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals and exceed client expectations.
