Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group in Dubai seeks an events coordinator to plan and manage meetings, conferences and social occasions from concept to execution. You will tour venues, meet clients, prepare quotations, and drive revenue targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Collaborating with banquet teams, you will ensure smooth setup, on-time delivery, and post-event feedback collection. A Diploma and strong communication skills are required; hospitality spirit and team orientation are

Responsibilities

• Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, audience and objectives.
• Give tours of facilities and discuss booking logistics, room options and menus with potential clients.
• Manage projects in the area of meeting/event planning for meetings, conferences, webinars and workshops.
• Oversee quotations and contracting for M&E, Groups and residential conferences to achieve revenue targets.
• Interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
• Collaborate with clients and banquet operations on setup, execution and resetting for day/evening.

Job Description

• Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
• Gives tours of the facilities and discusses booking logistics, room options and menus with potential clients.
• Manage assigned projects in the area of meeting/event planning for a variety of meetings, conferences, webinars and workshops.
• Assist in planning and will oversee quotations & contracting for both M&E, Groups and residential conference business and most importantly yield the business effectively in order to achieve demanding revenue targets.
• Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.

Collaborate with clients and the banquet operations department upon client arrival regarding proper set‑up, event execution and resetting for day/evening
