Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Waterfront is seeking an Event Coordinator to plan and execute meetings, conferences, webinars and workshops from start to finish. The role includes site tours, coordinating logistics, quotations and contract management to maximize revenue, while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The candidate will collaborate with clients and the banquet team to ensure proper setup, flawless event execution and timely resets for day and evening events.

Qualifications

• Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
• Gives tours of the facilities and discusses booking logistics, room options and menus with potential clients.
• Manage assigned projects in the area of meeting/event planning for a variety of meetings, conferences, webinars and workshops.
• Assist in planning and will oversee quotations & contracting for both M&E, Groups and residential conference business and most importantly yield the business effectively in order to achieve demanding revenue targets.
• Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
