Job description

As part of the regional MEIAT team (Middle East, India, Africa, Turkey), you will help bring the Maison’s storytelling to life across a dynamic and culturally rich region.

The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of ° events — with a particular focus on pop-ups, client dinners, boutique animations and hallmarks (Holidays and Ramadan).

This 6-month position is ideal for a candidate with a passion for luxury event production and rich client journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Event & Activation Support

  • Coordinate the execution of hallmark events including Holiday and Ramadan, as well as supporting pop-ups and boutique activations
  • Liaise with agencies, production partners, and internal teams to create and implement high-end experiences
  • Prepare event timelines, agency and supplier briefs, post-event reporting
  • Support on-site execution and guest journey management when needed
  • Work closely with vendors for production, AVL, activations
  • Ensure timely approvals and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Manage retroplan and follow-ups

Budget & Administrative Management

  • Track project budgets and assist with PO creation, invoicing, supplier onboarding, vendor registration
  • Maintain budget trackers and internal documentation
  • Ensure timely and compliant administrative execution

Internal Communication & Reporting

  • Prepare internal presentation decks for regional and HQ alignment

Profile

  • 2–3 years of experience in luxury event coordination, production, or retail activations
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and agile, with a strong sense of aesthetics and execution
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to manage multiple timelines and work cross-functionally
